Gulerodskagen er virkelig nem at bage og toppet med citronglasur. <\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bradepande<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6 \u00e6g<br>500 ml str\u00f8sukker<br>275 g <strong>Magnihill gulerod strimlet<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 citron, friskpresset citronsaft (BEM\u00c6RK: Brug den finrevne citronskal til glasuren) <br>250 ml neutral olie<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">360 g hvedemel \u2013 ca. 600 ml<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 spsk bagepulver<br>1,5 spsk st\u00f8dt kanel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1,5 spsk st\u00f8dt kardemomme<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 tsk salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Glasur<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">300 ml flormelis<br>125 g sm\u00f8r, ved stuetemperatur<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">250 g fl\u00f8deost<br>100 g gr\u00e6sk yoghurt<br>2 citroner, fint revet skal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pynt<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ca. 200 g <strong>Magnihill gulerod strimlet<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fremgangsm\u00e5de<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Forvarm ovnen til 175 \u00b0C. T\u00f8 de strimlede guler\u00f8dder op.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bekl\u00e6d en bageform eller bradepande med bagepapir, ca. 25 x 35 cm. Hvis du ikke har en lille bageform, kan kagen bages i en stor, 30 x 40 cm, men i s\u00e5 fald skal bagetiden reduceres til ca. 20 minutter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pisk \u00e6g og sukker let og luftigt i en sk\u00e5l. R\u00f8r gulerodsstrimlerne, citronsaft og olie i. Bland mel, bagepulver, kanel, kardemomme og salt i en sk\u00e5l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vend det derefter i dejen og h\u00e6ld den i formen. Bag i den nederste del af ovnen i ca. 55\u201360 minutter og lad den k\u00f8le helt af.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I mellemtiden tilberedes glasuren. Pisk flormelis og sm\u00f8r med en elektrisk h\u00e5ndmikser, indtil det er bl\u00f8dt og cremet. Vend forsigtigt fl\u00f8deost, gr\u00e6sk yoghurt og finrevet citronskal i.
